Evolution Monster
The Evomons of Devias evolve when you kill them. Each evolution comes only for you, stronger, and the level you reach is saved.
The Evolution Monster arrived on October 8, 2026, from MU Season 13. Evomons appear in Devias from 1 am to 10 pm (Brasília time), one in each of the map's 14 areas. Once killed, an Evomon comes back 2 minutes later.
The chain#
- Kill an Evomon in Devias: your chain starts.
- It may evolve: 13 seconds later you get a notice, and 15 seconds after that an Evomon one level higher appears near where the other fell, only for you.
- Kill that one too: it may evolve again, and so on. Each level is stronger and evolving gets harder.
- The chain ends when the Evomon doesn't evolve or when you let the chain's Evomon vanish (it stays 5 minutes plus a bit more per level).
Now and then, a Special Evomon shows up instead: much tougher, and the prize goes up one tier.
Your level is saved#
The highest Evomon level you have ever killed is memorized. Your next chain starts from that level. From level 1, a chain gives about 4 levels; what really climbs is the memory, chain after chain.
Prizes#
When the chain ends, the prize goes to the Gremory Case, by the tier of the level you reached:
| Level reached | Prize |
|---|---|
| 1 – 10 | 20,000 zen |
| 11 – 30 | 50,000 to 80,000 zen and a chance of a Rare jewel |
| 31 – 70 | Rare jewel (from 51 on, a chance of an Epic one) |
| 71 – 100 | Rare jewel + chance of an Epic |
| 101 or more | Epic jewel |
- A chain only pays if you killed at least one of its Evomons.
- There are 3 rewarded chains per day per account. After that, chains still count to raise your memorized level.
- The higher tiers may also bring an Evomon Summoning Scroll — see below.
Evomon Summoning Scroll#
With the scroll, you don't depend on the Devias Evomon.
- Right-click it, outside the safe zone, in Devias, Dungeon, Tarkan, Karutan 1 or Debenter: an Evomon of your memorized level appears next to you, already in your chain.
- It works at any time — the 1 am to 10 pm window is only for the field Evomon.
- One at a time: with a live chain, the scroll doesn't summon another.
- The rest is the usual chain: it evolves by chance, pays by the level reached and counts toward the 3 prizes per account per day. The chain happens on the map where you used the scroll.
Where it comes from: the Evolution Monster prize itself, in the three highest tiers — 5% in tier 4 (chains that reach level 61–70), 8% in tier 5 (81–90) and 12% in tier 6 (101 or more). Levels between those tiers draw one of the two neighbors, and the Special Evomon goes up one tier.
