Maps from the newer seasons

The 20 maps from the newer MU Online seasons — from Acheron to Gray Aida, with the Master Level maps.

On October 8, 2026, four maps from the newer MU Online seasons arrived in Acheron World, with their original art, monsters, music and ambience. They sit at the top of the high-level map ladder, and you enter them through the Map → Travel menu like any other destination.

MapLevelZenWhat it is like
Acheron20015,000A continent of floating islands: blue forest, crystals and waterfalls over the abyss
Debenter24016,000The ruined side of the same continent: dead land and dry trees
Nars30018,000A green island with patches of magic energy on the ground and fireflies
Ferea35020,000A fortress in the desert, with walls and gates

Magic Gladiator, Dark Lord and Rage Fighter pay two thirds of the level, like on the other trips — see Maps and how to travel.

Monsters#

Hunting is in groups of 6, like in the rest of the world, and each monster comes back in about 4 seconds. Health, damage and defense come from the official table — the same one the Karutan monsters came from.

  • Acheron: Devil Fairy (level 88), Elemental Beast (91), Elemental Knight (93) and the stronger Ubaid version of each (99 to 103).
  • Debenter: the Debenter versions of the fairy, the beast and the knight (105 to 109).
  • Nars: the Nars versions (116 to 120), with 80 to 92 thousand health.
  • Ferea: Ferea Knight, Ferea Archer and Ferea Fighter (121 to 126) — the toughest of the four maps, with up to 160 thousand health.

Bosses#

  • Acheron: the five elementals — Undine, Salamander, Sylphid, Gnome and Hellraiser. One of each on the map; a defeated one comes back after 1 hour.
  • Debenter: Sellihoden, Ukanva, Silla, Normus and Muff, also every hour.
  • Nars: Core Magriffy — 6 million health and hits around 3 thousand, as strong as Kundun. It comes back 6 hours after being defeated. Go in a group.

Portals#

The maps are linked on foot, like in MU:

  • from Acheron to Debenter and back;
  • from Acheron to Nars and back;
  • inside Acheron, portals take you from one island to another.

Stepping on a portal takes you there at once, for free — the required level is the destination map's.

Uruk Mountain (level 320)#

The fire mountain of the Acheron continent. You reach it on foot from Acheron, through the portal, and come back the same way. The monsters are the Uruk versions of the fairy, the beast and the knight (level 115 to 119), and the boss Lord Silvester appears every 6 hours — as strong as Kundun.

Master Level maps (450 to 940)#

For those past level 400. The level that counts is the total: 400 + Master Level — with Master 60 at 400 (total 460) you can enter Nixie Lake. These maps have no two-thirds discount for Magic Gladiator, Dark Lord and Rage Fighter.

Abyss of Atlans 1, 2 and 3750 to 81046,000 to 50,000The sea floor of Atlans: Bahamut, Vepar, Valkyrie and Lizard King of the abyss
Scorched Canyon85050,000A burned canyon: warriors, assassins and wizards
Red Smoke Icarus88052,000Icarus in red smoke: the ghost castle in the sky, Alquamos, Mega Crust, Queen Rainier, Phantom Knight
Temple of Arnil91054,000A jungle temple with water and rain: Ogre, Gremlin and Gargoyle
Gray Aida94056,000Aida covered in ash: Destry, Forest Oak, Deathrider and Witch Queen

These monsters' health and damage follow what a master can do at that level — they rise map by map up to about half a million health in Gray Aida. The Elite ones in Abyss 3, Scorched Canyon, Red Smoke Icarus, Temple of Arnil and Gray Aida are few and stronger (MU's Elite Zones). The last three arrived on October 9, 2026.

What the Elite drop#

The Elite do not use the map's regular drop: each one has its own bag, as in the original MU. Every Elite you defeat can give one of these, always on the ground and reserved for whoever dealt the most damage:

  • 2 jewels among Bless, Soul, Life, Creation and Gemstone — about once every 1,000 to 1,200 Elite;
  • a pentagram, from Brave Hero Elixir to Kundun's Seal Scroll, with a random element and slots — about 1 in 10,000;
  • an excellent weapon — about 1 in 16,000: Soul in Abyss of Atlans 3 and Scorched Canyon; a mastery weapon on the 3rd-wave maps (Blue Eye in Red Smoke Icarus, Silver Heart in Temple of Arnil, Manticore in Gray Aida);
  • very rarely, an excellent mastery armor piece: Blue Eye in Abyss of Atlans 3, Silver Heart in Scorched Canyon and Manticore in Red Smoke Icarus, Temple of Arnil and Gray Aida — about 1 in 27,000. Outside the Chaos Machine, it is the only way to find a mastery piece.

Each 3rd-wave Elite has its own bag, with a specialty — the part it drops at twice the chance:

The first Elite of each zone (Great Drakan, Temple Ogre, Ashy Golem) also drops its bag a little more often.

Zen drops as from any monster, and the Guardian materials still come only from the Elite. Anything Rare or better counts toward the account's daily luck budget, like the drops of other monsters. Elite names show in lilac.
