Friends and mail
Friend list with online alerts, blocking, and letters with zen attached.
Both systems live in the same panel (Social button, in the MENU) and solve the same problem: talking to someone who is not by your side on the map.
Friends#
The list holds up to 50 friends and shows, for each one, whether they are online, which map they are on, their level and their class.
Adding#
Use /amigo Nome or the panel. Two important rules:
- Both of you must be online. The invite has to be accepted live and expires in 60 seconds.
- Friendship is mutual. When accepted, both appear on each other's list, and both lists need room.
Removing someone also undoes it on both sides. If the other person is offline, the removal is applied on their next login.
Entry and exit alerts#
When a friend logs in, you get a 🟢 in chat; when they log out, a ⚪. It is the most practical way to know when the usual group is online.
Blocking#
The block list also holds 50 names. Blocking someone:
- undoes the friendship automatically;
- prevents new invites from that person;
- prevents them from sending you letters.
Blocking works even while you are offline.
Mail#
Each character has a box of 50 letters.
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Subject | up to 60 characters |
| Text | up to 500 characters |
| Interval between sends | 10 seconds |
| Full box | 50 letters block sending |
Sending a letter is free. There is no fee: the only zen that moves is what you attach on purpose.
Attaching zen#
You can attach up to 2 billion zen — the game's cap. It works safely on both sides:
- The zen leaves your account at the moment you send it.
- It enters the recipient's account when they read the letter.
- If they delete the letter without reading it, the zen is credited to the recipient before the letter disappears. Attached zen is never lost.
This makes mail the most comfortable way to pay someone who is offline: trading requires both of you in the same place, a letter does not.
You can write to any character that exists, even offline. You cannot write to yourself or to anyone who blocked you.
When you enter the game, chat tells you how many unread letters are waiting.
