Guardian (mounts)
Ghost Horse, Ice Dragon and Pierce Lion — the Guardian mounts from Seasons 14 to 16, which go up to +15 and give damage and defense against monsters.
The Guardians arrived on October 9, 2026, from MU Seasons 14 to 16. They are mounts: you ride them and get the creature's bonuses.

Total level is level + Master Level. To ride, right-click the Guardian in your bag; click again to get off.
Options#
Each Guardian has up to five options, and 2 to 5 come switched on (rolled when it is created):
- Elemental damage and elemental defense (added to your pentagram);
- Damage against monsters: grows every 20 levels of your total level, up to 1100;
- Defense against monsters: grows the same way;
- 3% chance to recover health when you are hit.
The value grows with the Guardian's +level, is higher on the Ice Dragon and higher still on the Pierce Lion. Damage and defense only count against monsters: PvP does not change. Options that are off show greyed out on the item.
Raising the +level#
In the Chaos Machine, recipe Guardian: raise +level:

The chance is 70%. If it fails: from +1 to +9 it loses 1 level; from +10 to +14 it goes back to +0.
Changing the options#
Recipe Guardian: change options: the Guardian + Guardian Elite Opt Change Seal + 1 million zen rolls again which options are on.
Evolving#
Recipe Guardian: evolve: a Ghost Horse +11 or higher + Ice Dragon Seal (or an Ice Dragon + Pierce Lion's Seal) + 20 Jewel of Bless + 20 Jewel of Soul + Jewel of Chaos + Jewel of Creation.
- The chance goes from 60% at +11 to 100% at +15.
- The Guardian becomes the next one, +0, with new options. There is a 10% chance of the Rare version (another color).
- If it fails, only the materials are lost.
Where to get the materials#
- (Elite) monsters on the master maps (Abyss of Atlans 3, Scorched Canyon, Red Smoke Icarus, Temple of Arnil, Gray Aida) drop Guardian Enhanced Stone, Elite Guardian Enhanced, Guardian Elite Opt Change Pcs and Sealed Armor Sculpture.
- 5 Sealed Armor Sculpture become 1 Sculpture in the Chaos Machine (500 thousand zen).
- 10 Opt Change Pcs become 1 Opt Change Seal (1 million zen).
- The seals (Seal of Ghost Horses, Ice Dragon Seal, Pierce Lion's Seal) come from the owner reward of the big bosses.
